After earning her bachelor’s degree with a double major in international studies and law, societies, & justice at the University of Washington, Rachel graduated cum laude from Seattle University’s School of Law. She spent her time in law school focusing on advocacy and gaining real-world experiences through her involvement in legal extracurricular activities. She served on the Moot Court Board, was the co-president of Gideon’s Army, and a member of the Social Justice Leadership Committee. She also served as a research assistant for Professor Laurel Oates, who founded and grew Seattle U Law’s world-renowned legal writing program. Rachel also volunteered as a legal assistant at the King County Neighborhood Legal Clinic, where she engaged in a variety of pro bono legal services for low-income clients.

Rachel spent the first four years of her legal career working in civil rights law, fighting for the rights of individuals discriminated against. She quickly discovered her passion for criminal law and representing those accused of misdemeanors and became a Rule 9 limited-licensed attorney at Guadagno Law. Her love for zealously advocacy in a courtroom and negotiating for the best possible outcome for her clients lead her to become an Associate with Guadagno Law. Rachel is licensed to practice in the State of Washington.

Rachel is dedicated to providing a complete defense that achieves the best possible outcome for clients. Her compassionate and honest approach to working with clients and investigating every case has led to favorable case results. She works intensely to not only protect and defend against one’s rights, but to work towards minimizing the impact of a charge or potential conviction. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty, and Rachel’s client-focused approached and ability to modify representation to the unique needs of every client ensures nothing is left out.
